ALL OF THESE APARTMENTS HAVE: a separate kitchen with table and chairs, regular size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. Dining/living room area with dining table, chairs, sofa & TV. Master bedrooms have second TV. Ceiling fans & A/C in Living Room; window A/C in bedrooms. TUB/SHOWER bathrooms. Porch with deck chairs located off living room, giving a little extension to living space. Very close to beach, boardwalk, Music Pier. The location is great. These apartments are clean and comfortable, they are not new, and they are not condos. Pool privileges. Outside shower behind pool. Clotheslines. Parking is behind apartment or next to pool fence. Phones for local & operator assisted calls. NO TAX. |

- **Saturday to Saturday rentals** ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 1.
- CANCEL POLICY - Deposits refunded only if apartment is re-rented prior to reservation date, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- You must bring linen for all beds and towels. NO MAID SERVICE, except for Efficiency #810
- ONE CAR SPACE PER UNIT. Extra Cars- please notify hotel prior to arrival. Extra cars are charged weekly rate. Rate varies.
- WHAT TO BRING: TOWELS-for BATH, KITCHEN and BEACH, any paper products such as paper plates, cups, coffee maker filters, and plastic trash bags. Dish soap (some provided), bath soap, toilet paper. SUPERFRESH is on 8th and West Ave. Washers/dryers onsite.
