• One night's rate required for deposits. Reservations are subject to confirmation.
• Rates include 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Extra persons in the room $10 per night per person. These additional fees will be added to the portfolio unless a cot has been added for each additional person at the time of online booking.
• Balance due on arrival, payable by cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, Discover, VISA or Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Kindly notify us 7 days prior to arrival date and deposit will be refunded less $25 cancel fee on rack rates, $50 on specials. No refunds on early departures.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only personally identifiable information necessary to process your payment when you make a reservation on our site. This information is securely stored in our stand-alone reservation system. No other information is collected when you visit our webpage. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

• Check-In: 2:30pm — Check-Out: 11am
• Beach Tags: included on stays of 3 nights or longer. A $10 per key returnable deposit per tag is required. If lost, the fee is $20 to replace it.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Complimentary refrigerators, Phones, color cable TV w/ remote in each room.
• Cribs, rollaways and microwaves are available at a fee of $10 per night.
• NO PETS accepted - kennels nearby.
• Cooking NOT permitted in rooms. There is a restaurant on the premises. Rooms can not be guaranteed by specific numbers or floors. All persons must be minimum 21 years of age to reserve or register. One free parking space per room. Additional car spaces available for a fee.
