• Main building rooms have two queens, Fountain View have two doubles except 812 -One Queen.

• Add $25 per night to September weekends if less than a 3 night stay
• Add $35 per night to July/August weekends if less than a 3 night stay is available.

• Beachblock – most activities are within walking distance, no streets to cross to beach /boardwalk.
• Outside shower/changing locker for check-in/check-out convenience.
• Restaurant, elevator, ice/soda machines, phone, TV/remote,complimentary refrigerator.
• $10 per key returnable deposit required. We lend 2 beach tags per room a $10 per tag deposit is required.
  If the beach tag is lost the fee is $20 to replace the tag.
• One free parking space per room. Additional car spaces available Fee.
