• 3 night minimum-holiday weekends and July, August.
• If less than 3 night weekend stay is available please add:
  - $35 per night to July/August weekends and $25 per night to weekends in Sept. 
     MS 150-Sept 25 Rate is $145. Requires $75 deposit. Vouchers welcome.

• Beachblock – most activities are within walking distance, no streets to cross to beach /boardwalk.

• $10 per key returnable deposit required. We lend 2 beach tags per room a $10 per tag deposit is required.
  If the beach tag is lost the fee is $20 to replace the tag.
• One free parking space per room. Additional car spaces available Fee.
